В стоимость морского фрахта включена выгрузка контейнера в порту назначения, при этом погрузка товара в порту отправления оплачивается отдельно.
LIFO (Liner In Free Out).
В стоимость морского фрахта включена погрузка контейнера на судно в порту отправления, при этом выгрузка товара оплачивается отдельно.
LILO (Liner In Liner Out).
В стоимость морского фрахта включены все сборы, погрузка контейнера в порту отправления и его выгрузка в порту прибытия. Все расходы оплачивает грузоотправитель.

The Terms are from the perspective of the shipping line and define which services (for example loading of the vessel, unloading of the vessel, stowage of the cargo in the vessel, trimming of the cargo in the vessel,… ) are included and which services are not included. Only the text version published by the shipping line is binding!
FILO (Free In Liner Out):
The cost of loading the vessel at the port of loading are not included (Free In) and the cost of unloading the vessel at the port of destination are included (Liner Out).
FIO (Free In Out):
The cost of loading the vessel at the port loading and the cost of unloading the vessel at the port of destination are not included.
FIOS (Free In Out Stowed):
How FIO and additional are the stowage cost in the vessel excluded.

Depth to which a ship is immersed in water. The depth varies according to the design of the ship and will be greater or lesser depending not only on the weight of the ship and everything on board, but also on the density of the water in which the ship is lying.

Demurrage — демередж, или штрафные санкции, взимаемые за сверхнормативное использование контейнера с момента его выгрузки на терминал до момента возврата порожнего контейнера в порт (для импорта) или с момента получения порожнего контейнера под погрузку до момента погрузки груженого контейнера на судно (для экспорта).
Период использования контейнера иногда в зависимости от линии может быть разделен на Demurrage и Detention (демередж и детеншн). Тогда Demurrage — это штрафные санкции, взимаемые за сверхнормативное использование контейнера с момента его выгрузки на терминал до момента вывоза с терминала. Detention — штрафные санкции, взимаемые за сверхнормативное использование контейнера с момента его вывоза с терминала до момента возврата порожнего контейнера в порт.
AdministrativeFee = B/LFee = DocsFee (возможны другие обозначения) — сборы местного агента линии за оформление документов. Могут взиматься за коносамент или за контейнер.

Дополнительные сборы порта оплачиваются порту обычно через портовых экспедиторов, могут собираться напрямую портом или местными агентами линий.
