Запустите актуальное обновление БИОС ещё раз, проверьте, появится ли возможность прописать серийный номер во время обновления.

Если проблема фактически в версии БИОС и не удастся самостоятельно прописать серийный номер, рекомендую обратиться в сервисный центр.

Machine Type and Model обычно указывается на наклейке на устройстве. Может быть написан сокращённо как MTM. В Вашем случае, это 11KG002DRU.

Можно вернуть обратно на Yes. В принципе, это особо ни на что не влияет (только на возможность откатываться на старые версии BIOS).

Уточнил информацию, производитель (Lenovo) не поддерживает и не гарантирует работоспособность сторонних программ для разгона аппаратной части устройства (в том числе и от AMD).

Все доступные настройки конфигурации устройства доступны в БИОС в Lenovo Vantage и в самих настройках ОС.

Ryzen Master 2 (.0.0.1192) doesn’t work.

Error: Ryzen master driver not installed properly.

Had same error with previous version (2.0.0.1189).

Worked once or twice, didn’t work again, uininstalled re-installed, worked briefly, didn’t work again.

Uninstalled re-installed 10+ times including trying windows troubleshooter: doesn’t work.

Funnily enough had similar problems with Asus Aura software recently (software installs but driver (lightingcontrol) not working), only managed to get a very old version to work.

Specs: Ryzen 7 3700X, Prime X470-Pro, 16GB RAM, 1TB nvme, Windows 10 (1903) Pro.

EDIT: Thanks to /u/EntryLevelDeveloper for fix source.

Fix found and working consistently on reboot.

In search type regedit and navigate to:

If you see the following two entries:

right click AMDRyzenMasterDriverV13 and delete it.

This way windows can correctly load the v14 version RM requires to function.

I had ryzen master 2.0.0.1192 installed and working yesterday using my 2700x. I then updated to beta bios for my MSI B450I motherboard and put in my 3700x cpu. Upon start of windows when it tried to launch ryzen master I got something like «CPU not supported» or similar. I then uninstalled and reinstalled Ryzen master and after that I get the «driver not installed properly» on every start of ryzen master, so I cant get it running at all.

I am also encountering this issue. Funny thing is, yesterday it was working fine with the new CPU (3900X). But today that error is all i see, even after a reinstall of Ryzen Master.

I am on the AMD CPU 3900X & Crosshair VII Hero motherboard.

I had this issue too, but in my case it was resolved by installing the latest AMD chipset drivers. For example, if you have a B450 motherboard, here’s the link:

If it still doesn’t work, it might be also necessary to necessary to uninstall then reinstall Ryzen Master.

Same exact issue. was able to get it working once and then that was it. Getting the same error message. Asus Rog X470-i / 3700X. Also had the issue with Aura.. interestingly enough lol was able to get it working by uninstalling every component of Aura and reinstalling, but my motherboard’s rgb still isn’t recognized so that’s still crappy.

As an update to my previous post, the issue sometimes recurs for me, but each time it does, I can fix it by:

• Uninstalling Ryzen Master

• Re-installing Ryzen Master

Having the exact same issue with the Ryzen Master app not installing and uninstalling properly (Driver not installed!). Ryzen 3700X with an MSI x570 A-Pro motherboard. It’s become super annoying and the stock motherboard settings have the CPU voltage at 1.47V.

I’m very worried that running my CPU without Ryzen Master will burn up my brand new Ryzen chip.

Edit: it still seems I get the error for each reboot. So I suppose I have to uninstall ryzen master every time I turn off computer.

After continuing to encounter this issue and after experimenting more about what causes it, it seems that waiting a short time after the desktop appears, perhaps 30 seconds, can help with launching Ryzen Master. But once it gets «damaged», uninstalling + rebooting + re-installing may be necessary.

Ryzen Master seems quite sensitive to any changes made to the BIOS/CMOS setup. Such a change sometimes requires a re-install of the software. In addition, any kind of CPU or system instability, such as a crash while testing overclocking settings, tends to require a re-installation of Ryzen Master.

So I suggest experimenting with different BIOS settings to see if any help stabilize Ryzen Master for you. For example, these might help if you have the option:

• Putting the vcore voltage on Auto so that the CPU can adjust its own voltage dynamically.

• Enabling AMD Cool & Quiet

• Setting Global C-States to Enabled

• Temporarily turning off Overdrive and any other aggressive or overclocking settings in case they’re causing the issue.

So I was trying to overclock my new Ryzen 5 5600x using Ryzen Master but when I click on the app it says «Overclocking feature is not supported by the PROCESSOR». I updated the BIOS, uninstall and install Ryzen Master but nothing happens. What can I do?

Overclock via BIOS. It’s always a better idea to OC a CPU in BIOS than by software anyway.

your answer does not help at all, People are having issues with RM and want to fix it, not work around.

What motherboard are you using? Do you have the chipset drivers and ryzen power plan installed?

Actually it’s more like when someone asks what the best way is to do something, and you tell them. While Ryzen Master is an excellent monitoring program, it’s never been a good idea to overclock a CPU under OS.

Now, as this is a user to user forum and not visited officially by any software developer of Ryzen Master, the only thing we can suggest is to ensure your computer meets the requirements as stated:

Minimum System Configuration

3rd Gen AMD Ryzen Desktop Processors on an X570 motherboard.
Windows 10 May 2019 Update (or newer)

And if it does, then try a clean installation of Ryzen Master which involves installation via Programs & Features and then manual removal of all Ryzen Master registry keys, and if that doesn’t work, to try on a clean installation of Windows 10 2004 or newer.

Need to see if your Ryzen APU is restricted, locked, from being Overclocked according to Ryzen Master Guide: https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/ryzen-master (Link at the very bottom of webpage):

From the link to Ryzen Master download that copy and see if it works or not. You may have an out-dated Ryzen Master installed.

Doesn’t sound like it is locked.

Maybe Ryzen Master is seeing your Desktop APU as a Laptop APU. Laptop APUs are not supported on laptops.

Can it have something to do with the motherboard?

Unless the Motherboard is misrepresenting the Processor as another processor No I personally don’t believe it would be the motherboard.

Open a AMD Service Request (Official AMD SUPPORT) and see what they suggest is the problem from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form

NOTE: Do you have the latest or one of the latest BIOS installed or it your BIOS Version over a year old?

I don’t know the exact model of HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop you have. There are four different models. But this particular model has the same BIOS you the one your posted: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-gaming-desktop-pc-tg01-1000a/37921127

In Ryzen Master it recommends that you have the latest BIOS version installed. That COULD be the reason why Ryzen Master is misrecognizing your APU as not being supported.

Поскольку в сегодня количество майнеров постоянно увеличивается, то именно эти ребята стали мишенью для экологов, указывающих на опасность всё возрастающего потребления электричества для добычи различных криптовалют.

Как вы знаете, сегодня майнингом можно заниматься также на видеокартах и обычных жёстких дисках. Вы, вероятно, уже забыли об умирающей Chia Coin, которая должна была стать убийцей Биткоина. Что же, на горизонте появился ещё один претендент. Учите, что мы вас предупреждали, ведь сегодня у всех владельцев мощных компьютеров есть шанс стать миллионерами за короткий срок. Как это сделать? Всё просто, копать Raptoreum. Raptoreum – это очередная криптовалюта, которая по неизвестным причинам вдруг стала популярна. Её главная особенность состоит в том, что её можно добывать на процессорах AMD Ryzen, обладающих большим количеством кэш-памяти третьего уровня (L3).

Изучить эффективность вашего процессора можно в таблице ниже. Как видите, флагманский 16-ядерный Ryzen 9 5950X может обеспечить хешрейт на уровне 4700 H/s. Дело в том, что сегодня сложность Raptoreum низкая, что пока позволяет надеяться на быструю окупаемость, вот только сложность будет постоянно увеличиваться, а доходы уменьшаться. Это потребует покупки нового компьютера, а потом ещё одного, а в конце можно остаться у разбитого корыта, как это случилось с теми, кто неудачно инвестировал в жёсткие диски с Chia Coin.

Если вы твёрдо решились начать копать Raptoreum, то хотя бы озаботьтесь качественным охлаждением. Несомненно, это приведёт к дополнительны растратам, но оно того стоит. Проблема в том, что в майнинге криптовалюты ваш процессор будет работать 24/7 при полной загрузке. Никогда ни один пользователь не способен так нагрузить своё железо, поэтому для процессора и всей системы – это большой стресс. В интернете пишут о том, что отбить вложения можно ещё быстрее, если как следует разогнать процессор. Увы, но это удел владельцев систем жидкостного охлаждения. А вообще мы рекомендуем не ввязываться в подобные аферы, ведь чаще всего ничем хорошим они для обычных пользователей не оканчиваются. Если вы так сильно хотите рискнуть, купите лучше криптовалюты Raptoreum. Это позволит вам надеяться на большую прибыль в случае её роста, а также не требует обслуживания компьютера и оплаты счетов за электричество.
