Совершая онлайн-покупки заграницей, вы должны понимать, что посылки с Алиэкспресс проверяет таможня. В ряде случаев, может возникнуть необходимость предоставить паспортные данные и ИНН.
Бывают и другие проблемы с таможней. В этой статье мы рассмотрим, как действовать, если таможня не пропускает посылку.

Любителям зарубежного интернет-шопинга лучше заранее изучить алгоритм, как действовать в случае задержки таможенной очистки заказа с Алиэкспресс.

Почему посылка может быть задержана на таможне

Существует целый ряд причин, почему товар с Алиэкспресс может «зависнуть» на этапе таможенного оформления:

Обратите внимание! Для контроля беспошлинных лимитов таможня использует ИНН и паспортные данные, которые покупатель указывает при оформлении заказа на Алиэкспресс.

И если о самом факте задержки вам станет известно довольно скоро – через сервис отслеживания почтовых отправлений, либо от службы доставки, то, причину проблем с таможней вам никто не озвучит. Чтобы ее узнать, придется связываться непосредственно с таможенным органом.

Что делать, если заказ застрял на таможне

Срок таможенной очистки – величина не постоянная. Бывает, посылки «проскакивают» этап буквально за несколько часов, но иногда процедура затягивается на 3 – 5 дней, и это тоже считается нормальным. В любом случае, пока не прошел этот период, паниковать не стоит. Просто периодически проверяйте статус посылки через систему отслеживания, и наберитесь терпения. Возможно, задержка вызвана техническими проблемами или высокой загруженностью таможни, и в ближайшее время ваш заказ благополучно будет выпущен и отправится в ваше почтовое отделение.

Когда же наступает время начать беспокоиться и что в таком случае можно предпринять? Зайдите на сайт Почты России и по идентификатору проверьте статус посылки. Если заказ «завис» на этапе «Начата таможенная очистка» и находится без движения 10 и более дней, имеет смысл самостоятельно связаться с таможней и выяснить, в чем дело. Возможно, таможня запросит у вас паспортные данные, ИНН и другую необходимую информацию. Может потребоваться внести пошлину.

Второй статус – «Таможенная очистка не пройдена» означает, что с посылкой возникла проблема, и необходимо связаться с продавцом или таможней. Последний вариант предпочтительней, поскольку позволит быстрее выяснить причину задержки и понять, что делать дальше.

Если в проблеме есть ваша вина, как покупателя, к примеру, вы заказали товар, запрещенный к ввозу, или не хотите платить пошлину, у вас могут возникнуть трудности с возвратом денег за заказ. Селлеры неохотно соглашаются на 100% компенсацию средств, поскольку уже понесли затраты на несостоявшуюся доставку. Попробуйте для начала договориться непосредственно с продавцом, пока действует защита заказа. И уже следующий шаг – открытие спора на Алиэкспресс.

Будьте осторожны! Открывая спор по причине задержки товара на таможне, приготовьтесь доказывать, что вашей вины здесь нет. Иначе велик риск, что решение будет принято не в вашу пользу.

Как и когда открывать спор на Алиэкспресс

Стандартный срок пребывания задержанной посылки Алиэкспресс на таможне составляет 14 – 30 дней с момента уведомления получателя, в зависимости от типа почтового отправления. По истечении этого времени заказ отправляется обратно в Китай. Именно в тот момент, когда трек показывает, что товар возвращается, можно начинать переговоры с продавцом. Возможно он не будет торговаться, увидев, что посылка уже на подходе, и согласится вернуть вам полную стоимость товара.

Если вы сами виноваты в проблемах с таможней, неплохим компромиссом будет договориться о возврате денег, за вычетом расходов на доставку. Соглашайтесь на такой вариант, ведь если вы решите пойти на обострение спора, Алиэкспресс может стать на сторону продавца, и вы лишитесь не только товара, но и всей суммы, уплаченной за заказ.

Почтовые правила гласят, что пока посылка не доставлена покупателю, ответственность за нее лежит на продавце. Он обязан сам разыскивать пропажу, решать вопросы с документами, и в случае неполучения клиентом компенсировать ему стоимость товара.

Однако в случае с таможенным возвратом все не так просто. Если заказанный на Алиэкспресс товар задержан на таможне, площадка возлагает бремя доказательства на покупателя и выделяет ему на это всего 7 суток. Причем скриншота с заказа оказывается, как правило, недостаточно, и при открытии спора требуют предоставить «живые» документы с печатями и подписями.
При этом, запрос в таможенную службу на получение нужных бумаг может обрабатываться до 30 дней.
Поэтому, прежде чем открывать диспут, навестите распределительный почтовый пункт.

Обязательно возьмите с собой:

Постарайтесь урегулировать все вопросы с таможней, если требуется, оплатите пошлину.
На основании поданного запроса государственная служба выдаст вам официальные бумаги, содержащие обоснование отказа в таможенной очистке.

Как только документы окажутся на руках, смело открывайте спор и обязательно в недельный срок прикрепите сканы.

Не отчаивайтесь, если поблизости у вас нет таможенного пункта, чтобы оперативно собрать документы. Когда будете открывать спор, напишите медиаторам, что живете в отдаленном месте, и не имеете возможности получить ответ в отведенные сроки. Приложите скриншот из заказа с вашим адресом и Google Maps, где обозначьте расстояние до ближайшей таможни. В сервисе по отслеживанию посылок сделайте скриншот информации о возврате посылки продавцу. Обязательно ссылайтесь на почтовую конвенцию, обязывающую отправителя нести ответственность за посылку до момента ее вручения покупателю.

Часто задаваемые вопросы

По треку выдано сообщение «Ошибка таможенного оформления» или «Для таможенного оформления требуется дополнительная информация.». Что делать?

Прежде всего, нужно подождать несколько дней.
Во многих случаях этот статус меняется на «Выпущено таможней» и посылка продолжает свой путь.

Если этого не произойдет, возможно несколько вариантов дальнейшего развития событий:
1) Через некоторое время посылку вернут продавцу
2) Таможня свяжется с вами или вы свяжетесь с таможней.
3) Посылка «потеряется» на таможне. Такое бывает нечасто, но, все же бывает.
Соответственно, можно либо ждать и следить за трек-номером, либо попробовать самостоятельно связаться с таможней.
Внимание: Если речь идет о китайской таможне, связаться с ней и предоставлять необходимые документы, должен продавец.

By default, customers making payments through GoCardless are notified of their upcoming payments via GoCardless’ standard notification emails.

As a Pro merchant though, you can send out your own customised notifications instead, greatly improving your customers’ experience.

Benefits of custom notifications

Rather than relying on GoCardless’ own email notifications, you can use your own notifications that are more consistent with your business branding and the needs of your customers.

Depending on the Direct Debit scheme you’re using, you can provide these notifications via a method of your choosing, including via email and post.

The Direct Debit scheme requires customers to be given advance notice of payments due to be collected from their account.

Due to special agreements with our sponsor banks, notification periods are reduced through GoCardless, when compared with standard bank requirements.

Required (minimum) advanced notice periods when using GoCardless are:

* If your customer has approved an Autogiro payment in conjunction with a purchase or order, you do not need to give advance notice providing you make it clear on the invoice that payment is to be made by Autogiro.

Customize your notifications in Slack

Create alerts for custom keywords, carve out focus time with Do Not Disturb, and more

Not all office meetings are equally relevant to you, and neither are all conversations in Slack. Thankfully, by tweaking a few settings, you can customize notifications to stay focused on the work that matters to you while turning down the volume on topics you find distracting.

To keep you in the know—and to ensure that you can carve out some quiet focus time in Slack when needed—here’s a quick primer on how to make notifications fit your personal preferences.

Slack notification basics

By default, channels and direct messages will appear bolded in your sidebar when there’s unread activity. They’ll also show a red notification badge if someone mentions your username or any keywords you’ve specified.

Add your own custom keywords

The keyword notifications feature will alert you whenever someone mentions a topic you care about.

Try setting your keywords for:

Be selective about your keywords to avoid getting too many notifications. You can always start with a handful and then reduce them so you’re alerted only as often as proves useful.

Turn key channels up

If there’s a project you’re following closely that’s in the final stretch or you have a small team channel that is so vital you never want to miss a single message, click Channel Details to set notification preferences to all new messages.

You’ll get an alert for every single message posted, but you may find this key to staying in touch with your team. If you enable it for project channels, you can dial them back down to their defaults once the deadlines are completed.

Turn down the volume on sparingly used channels

Muted channels won’t appear as bold when there’s unread activity, letting you read through them at your own convenience. If someone mentions your username or a designated keyword in these channels, don’t worry—you’ll still receive a red badge on a muted channel in these instances.

Carve out focus time with Do Not Disturb

Do Not Disturb (DND) mode is the go-to way to pause notifications from Slack. To temporarily snooze notifications when you need to concentrate, click the bell icon atop your channel bar. Then choose a time or set your own custom interval. You can also set automatic recurring DND hours to avoid after-hours interruptions.

Your coworkers will see when you’re in DND mode and know not to expect a response right away. This puts them at ease: They can message you when it’s convenient, without worrying about waking you up or interrupting deeply focused work. And your teammates will still have the option to push a notification through if it’s urgent.

Quick tip: Pause notifications on the go with the /dnd slash command, followed by a specific time of day or time frame.

Mobile and email notifications

Notifications are also sent to your mobile Slack app, but thanks to a customizable delay, you won’t get overloaded with notifications on every device the moment they arrive.

If you’ve already read a message within the default time frame on your desktop, it won’t get pushed to your phone as an alert. If you would like to know any time you’re mentioned as soon as possible on mobile, you can adjust this delay to zero, and you can choose whether or not to get email notifications of mentions and DMs as well.

Slack notifications are a reliable way to stay up to date on the conversations that need your attention most. Customize them to the way you work best, and they’ll help bring you peace of mind (and peace and quiet) when and where you see fit.

Sending Push Messages

Send Push Notifications with OneSignal

This page explains how to send push notifications from the OneSignal Dashboard. For other options to send push see:

Messages > New Push

Optional: Input a Message Name for internal recognition of the message. See Message Name for more details.

The Segments of devices in which you wish to include and exclude from receiving this notification.

There are two options for selecting which devices are eligible to receive notifications.

Send to Subscribed Users

Sends to your default segment which you can set. Otherwise, this defaults to all subscribed devices.

Send to Particular Segment(s)

You can both include and exclude devices within segments from receiving the message.

Exclude Segments

Any device in the excluded segment will not get the push notification.

Segments can be Edited

Any selected segments can be edited and new segments can be created on the fly.

Select Add Languages to add multiple Supported Languages.

Web: Defaults to the Site Name set in Settings.
Android & iOS: Not required.
Huawei: required.

Supported on iOS mobile apps.

Required for all platforms. Larger text input field.

The URL a user will be directed when clicking the push. https:// URLs will open the web page or an in-app browser on Mobile Apps.

If you set test devices use the Send To Test Device button. Test Messages will be available in Delivery tab > Source: Test Messages.

Each Platform can be disabled (no push sent to those devices) by toggling the platform switch on/off

Red Dots with numbers on the app icon.

The sound that plays when this notification is received by the device. If no sound is specified, the device’s default sound will play. Use nil to play no sound.

For native iOS apps only. Wakes your app when the notification is received so you can do work in the background. See also Apple’s ‘content-available’ documentation for more details.

Use to target a specific experience in your App Clip, or to target your notification to a specific window in a multi-scene App. Details in App Clip Support.

Rich media attachment. Image, sound, or video to show when viewing the notification. Skip if set already unless you want a different image for iOS.

Native only code. Allows you do modify the notification from your app before it is displayed. See Apple’s ‘mutable-content’ documentation for more details

Highly recommended for Android 8+ devices. Settings will carry over to android 7 and lower.

The sound that plays when this notification is received by the device. If no sound is specified, the device’s default sound will play.

Sets the device’s LED notification light (if the user’s device has one). If no LED Color is specified, the device’s default color will show.

Only applies to apps targeting Android API level 21+ running on Android 5.0+ devices.

Defaults to a bell unless specifically added. Icon shown in the status bar. Also show to the left of the notification text unless a large icon is set. Do not include a file extension.

Icon that shows to the left of the notification text. Include a file extension or upload your icon. Do not include a file extension.

Shows up in an expandable view below the notification text.

Notifications with the same Group Key will be stacked together as a single summary notification with the number of unopened notifications.

Only applies to Android 6.0 and older. By default ‘# new messages’ will shown on the device when 2 or more notifications are received with the same group key. Enter a custom message with ‘$[notif_count]’ in the message text so the count can be replaced.

Legacy option for pre 3.0 versions of the OneSignal Android SDK. Read our documentation for a new way to set this up.

Certain browsers have limited features. Most features are Chrome only.

Defaults to icon set in the Web Push Settings

Displays a large image on the notification content (Windows or ANDROID only).

Replaces the Chrome browser icon with your monochrome badge icon. The minimum recommended size is 72×72 pixels.

Extra buttons that show on a push that can direct a user to a different URL.

Custom key : value data pairs sent to your app through the notification. Use data when sending from our REST API.

More details on this below in our FAQ How To Use Additional Data.

Current notifications with the same id/key will be replaced instead of showing a whole new notification on the device. Limit of 64 characters.

Set different values to show multiple web push notification at once to a user. If not set, then newer notifications will replace current notifications on device.

Sets the Delivery Priority. Can override certain device and browser settings. Some devices de-prioritize notifications to show at a later time if the battery is low. This will attempt to show the notification even if the device has low power.

For Android 8+ you must use Importance for Display Priority instead. This is set in the Notification Categories and this will override the Priority flag for Android 7 and lower devices.

The default time is 259,200 seconds (3 days) but can be any value from 0 to 2,419,200 seconds.

The notification will expire if the device remains offline for these number of seconds.

Affects iOS, Android, and Chrome Web Push.

Android and iOS mobile apps only.

Buttons show on the notification itself. Works on iOS 8.0+, Android 4.1+.

You can schedule a notification up to 30 days in advance.

The OneSignal Dashboard detects timezone according to your Operating Systems time.

Selecting Begin sending at a particular time will allow you to set when the notifications will start to be sent. That time is displayed on the bottom right circled in red in the image.

Notifications will be delivered to users based on the Per-User Optimization selection.

Per-User Optimization Limitation with Throttling

If you selected the Throttling option, then Intelligent Delivery and Timezone sending will be ignored.

Message Throttling takes precedence over Intelligent Delivery and Timezone sending.

Intelligent Delivery is a unique feature of OneSignal that optimizes notification delivery time based on when each user most frequently access your app or website and is the best way to optimize notification open rates.

Each time a device accesses your website or mobile app with our SDK active, our SDK tracks their Last Session and notes the hours in which these devices most commonly return. This is based on up to a 3 month rolling average of a user’s past actions.

With Intelligent Delivery, each user will receive your notification within 24 hours of you initiating delivery. For example, you sent a message at 7 PM and the user is most likely to open the app/site at 1 PM, the notification will be delivered 18 hours later (at 1 PM the following day). If your notification is very time-sensitive we instead recommend either Sending Immediately (which initiates delivery right away to all users, regardless of their activity or timezone) or Time Zone optimization (to deliver at the same time across user timezones).

Once you schedule the notification to go out, you can set the delivery based on each device’s set timezone. This is based on the device’s settings.

So if you want a notification to be delivered to all your users in different timezones at 1PM for example, you can do this with OneSignal!

Keep in mind that if a timezone has already passed when you start sending this notification, they will get the notification at the set timezone, the next day. So it is important to make sure you start sending 24 hours before
