После появившейся ошибки с недоступным инвентарём, я, разумеется, обратился за помощью к гуглу, который в дальнейшем меня послал на д2ру первой строкой. В качестве помощи выдаёт совет со сменой языка на английский. Но, увы, данная инструкция не решила проблемы.
Я лишь увидел уведомление об ошибке на английском языке: «This inventory is not available at this time. Please try again later».
Повторный поиск в гугле по ошибке уже на английском языке вывел меня на тред на зарубежном сайте, где во время перебора стандартных советов с рестартом стима и прочего чел находит рабочий способ. И вот он.
«Go to profile and in the custom url box, copy your username and save the profile».
Зайдите в редактирование своего профиля, в поле с персональным URL для своего профиля скопируйте свой ник, затем сохраните изменения. Стоит отметить, что, возможно, под копированием здесь могло подразумеваться, как просто нажатие контрл+Ц уже стоящего ника после слэша, так и вставка с заменой текущего ника после слеша в персональной ссылке, на тот, который у вас стоит в качества ника в стиме вообще.
Я же просто тыкнул на поле с персональной ссылкой, а затем нажал снизу на кнопку «сохранить изменения». Инвентарь вернулся в рабочее состояние. Отмечу, что после замены языка обратно на русский и рестарта стима, проблема вернулась вновь, но уже проверенный выше механизм вернул инвентарю видимость обратно. Так что это фикс помогает только на одну конкретную сессию, по всей видимости, до тех пор пока стим не перестанет бажить, чтобы инвентарь работал как надо без лишних манипуляций.
Предлагаю модерам внести дополнение в ту тему с типичными проблемами, либо закрепить где-нибудь ещё.

Its weird because I check inventory’s on things like google chrome but not the steam client.

Here’s a thing. This is a problem with something your end.
Wouldn’t it be smarter to use these very forums to post details so we can help you fix it?
That seems more logical than blindly blaming Valve for this.
i have the same problem on pretty much everyone’s profiles and i have had it for probably 2 years or so now. seems like they will never fix it

We can try to fix it, after all that’s what these forums are for.

Still not fixed by this date, been waiting for a year now. Im starting to get used to this but still should get it fixed

The problem is NOT because of us, its the server performance. Alot of us have been through this problem the same way. Tried to contact steam support but i guess they wont bother replying or even read
It CANNOT be a server based problem if everyone else isn’t seeing it.
That’s basic troubleshooting logic. If a server containts something dodgy or flawed then EVERYONE logging through that server will get the issue.
So the fact that it isn’t, and that it has been going on some time, likely either means it’s NOTHING to do with servers and either an issue locally (your end) or something in Steam’s code that is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up by a finite set of circumstances.
But it cannot be server issues.
i have to reload 20 times then the steam just crashes, have to repeat the same proccess again in hope that it will finally load, this happens every single time, VALVE you useless bigots, you’ve made 1 week hold on items which made trading a lot harder, meanwhile ignoring the major problems that require to be solved because its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying.

It WILL happen every time there is a sale. It’s unavoidable.
Apparently there is a fix for google chrome? Named «FixCSGOInventory» on github by cantryDev. Not sure how reliable the coding behind it is. Havent tried it yet. Anyone who can tell if it’s reliable enough because i really dont feel like going through all that js. The main stuff in is the SteamEconomyFixed.js file if anyone is willing to go through the work (makes one question why valve wont fix it themselves if this was so easy as to be fixed by a common person). Any idea if it is okay to use such extensions?
As a rule of thumb, you should avoid it like the plague.
You have no way of knowing whether it’s legit, so ignore it. Especially as there are MANY scams that involve stealing people’s accounts (through CSGO too).
So no, there’s no need, especially as all it’s likely to do is either clear your browser cache or fix any corrupt files (assuming it was legit) that can be done by simply going to your steam folder, keeping the steamapps folder and steam.exe and delting everything else.
Once you’ve doen that, run steam.exe and it reacquires everything.
NEVER EVER trust anything on the internet about steam outside of steam.

Not really true imo.. I get where you are coming from, and agree on the point.. At the same time it CAN easily be a server thing. Concurrent user limt, memory limits, socket limitations etc.
It can also be a firewall thing, say a big Danish ISP is blacklistet, and any german gamer would call «your fault». I am working with servers, but new to csgo. Just recieved my i9-10900k/rtx3080, installed csgo yesterday, bought 4 keys for all of my 4 crates. Last night got a fifth crate, which won’t show up. Sure it is in my end?

В самой игре пишет. «the defiance service is not available. please try again later»
На всяких форумах и прочем пишут «Надо связать каких то два акаунта», как я понял это акк глифа и дефенса, соеденить их надо ключем, но! Никакого ключа нигде нет! Вводить его некуда! Да и я думаю, что это все старые гайды.
Зарегал акаунты уже везде, игру перекачивал как в стиме, так и с офф сайта. Результат один. Это не перезагрузка сервера, 100%! Друг в данный момент сидит и играет. Фигню про фаерволы и брандмауры делаю сразу после установки винды.
кароче, не писал бы сюда, если бы всю глупость не перепробовал сам.
Может что то на почту должно было прийти?
На почте только те письма, которые подтверждают то, что я сменил компьютер.

забыл об этом сказать. их я тоже пробовал
Лично у меня так было,но всё само прошло.Никаких аккаунтов я не связывал и ключей не вводил.
Не заходило из-за перезапуска сервера.
