И ничего! Вообще не нет процесса разархивации. Еще при активации файла NMM требует убрать все и оставить строку в Fallout4.ini в таком виде : sResourceDataDirsFinal=
Прошу прощения заранее-я только начал устанавливать первые моды.

Ага а в каждой папке ещё несколько,при этом сколько времени ты будешь тратить на то что бы разобраться за что какая папка отвечает,и потом сколько ещё что бы их закидывать,когда NMM всё это как я уже написал выше,делается в один клик и за секунду,при чём это всё наглядно. 
а если ты ставишь десятки модов,ну ты понял,у меня их уже 175.

Проверить не стоит ли на plugins.txt. галочка только чтения,если стоит,снять.
Запускать игру через NMM,а не через ярлык.

В Fallout4Prefs.ini всё правильно.
А вот на счёт Fallout4Custom.ini кое что изменилось,в новом описании к модам пишут что надо добавлять в Custom.ini,хотя раньше это надо было добавлять в Fallout4.ini,у меня лично это как раз прописано в Fallout4.ini и всё отлично работает,ты можешь попробовать один из вариантов,думаю что оба будут работать.

im getting this msg while trying to install mods.
i have the file, i see it fine. but i keep getting this notice.
after i click ok, the msg is gone and i install mods and they work as they should.
BUT this msg is annoying as hell.
any ideas what to do?

Are you sure that in your Fallout4.ini, under the [Archive] tab you have the following lines?
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
(if the last one has anything after «=» you can remove it, those old entries «strings/etc» are no longer needed)

I was referring to your Fallout4.ini, not your Fallout4Custom.ini (although from the screenshot you’ve provided, everything is fine with the custom.ini, so unsure as to why exactly you’re getting this problem, seeing as the warning message directly mentions the custom.ini being incorrectly configured)
Barring that, I’m not sure what’s causing it.

Well, this is stupid, the message (which I’m also getting) AND the documentation both say to add the lines to Fallout4Custom.ini. not Fallout4.ini.
My custom ini file looks like this:

I did a bunch of random stuff so I’m not sure exactly but placing Archive above Display seems to have fixed the issue I was having. Thanks

Problem with fallout4custom.ini
It keeps giving me this error when I install a mod after I just opened NMM.
«Your Fallout4Custom.ini is not configured correctly. Nexus Mod Manager was unable to make the necessary changes automatically. Please refer to the documentation located at https://wiki.tesnexu. Fallout_4_Mods»
I am not sure what that error is, but you do not need to edit your inis at all to get any mod to work unless those mods specifically ask you to do so on heir mod pages. Loose files work out of the box, as do mods that have archived files. For awhile you had to use ini tweaks to get loose files to work, and I think the mod manager just has outdated information.
If the mod manager allows you to continue on as normal after that warning, I think it’s safe to ignore it.

I have exactly the same issue. I have ignored it but some of the mods are not working so something is going wrong under the covers.

I see this is an unresolved issue that I too am running into for some reason, it’s quite annoying honestly.
Try running the Nexus Mod Manager with Administrator rights and then install the mods, might work.
Is this with NMM 65.2? I had this as well as some other issues. I dumped that version and went back to 63.14 and all has been well.

NMM Fallout4Custom.ini is not configured correctly
I have been getting an issue where when i try to install certain mods, a warning message pops up saying my Fallout4Custom.ini is not configured correctly. I have checked my Fallout4Custom.ini multiple times to check if the Archive section is correct.

So I have done some tweaking, and now instead of a error message popping up, nothing pops up, however the mods resort back to being disabled when I close NMM and open it back up again.
After more tweaking, and troubleshooting, the textures such as hair/body textures don’t show up. My character doesn’t have hair, and there are purple boxes where the eyelashes would be.
I don’t know if it matters, but that entry is supposed to be on the bottom, not first in the list. Have you watched any of Gophers videos on setting up mods? It’s on Youtube. Search Gopher, NMM he has several. he also has several on Vortex. You will need to add the following lines to the Fallout4Prefs.ini file below the section marked [Launcher]:

I have watched Gophers videos on setting up mods. I also saw on a forum post somewhere else that moving it to the top might have helped, and I already tried it with the entries being at the bottom, both have not worked.

Как включить установку модов для Fallout 4: (есть 3 способа)
Способ №1: установка через менеджеры модов NMM, MO2, Vortex:
1. Скачайте и установите менеджер модов:
Nexus Mod Manager или
МО2 или
Vortex
2. Идём по пути «Мои документы/My Games/Fallout 4». В этой папке будет два файла Fallout4.ini и Fallout4Prefs.ini
3. 2 Открыть файл Fallout4Prefs.ini ищем строку [Launcher]. Непосредственно под ней должна быть строка: (если нету, то добавьте)
4. Сохранить и закрыть документ
5. Открыть файл Fallout4Custom.ini, если такого нет, то создайте текстовый документ с названием Fallout4Custom, измените расширение txt на ini. (если недоступно расширение или изменение расширения, то гуглите как включить возможность менять расширение файла). Должен получится файл Fallout4Custom.ini (а не Fallout4Custom.ini.txt).
6. Добавьте в него следующие строки. Тоже самое нужно сделать если вы пользуетесь менеджером Mod Organizer 2, только такой файл нужно сделать в папке куда установлен MO2, смотрите папку profiles/Default или свое имя/fallout4custom.ini и дописать также
7. Сохранить и закрыть документ.
8. Всё, вы готовы, чтобы устанавливать моды.
Способ №2: активация модов непосредственно в самой игре (начиная с патча 1.5, добавлена официальная поддержка модов):
1. Вам нужно обязательно иметь регистрацию и аккаунт на сайте bethesda
2. Далее уже просто скачиваете моды с Нексуса или с сайтов, устанавливаете моды согласно описанию установки, у нас на сайте например в каждом описании мода есть описание установки.
3. Далее запускаем игру, в меню игры заходим в раздел «Модификации», вам предложат ввести логин и пароль (это данные от вашего аккаунта на сайте bethesda), выбираем опцию «Порядок загрузки» и у вас покажется весь список ваших установленных модов, активируйте их если галочки сняты и также можете отсортировать порядок esp. файлов.
4. Всё, можете играть.

Дополнительно (не обязательно, это для ведения отчета логов): При установке модов требующих F4SE
— В папке Data в игре создать папку F4SE, внутри папки F4SE создать текстовый файл f4se.ini
— Открыть файл f4se.ini и просто добавить раздел [Interface]и ниже вставить строчку bEnableGFXLog=1, сохранить документ (не забудьте снять галочку только для чтения)
Дополнительная информация:
1. Доступ к контенту в разделах «Модификации» и «Creation Club» будет только в том случае, если компьютер подключен к интернету. В противном случае кнопки в меню будут серыми и неактивными, а в самой игре будет активна только кнопка «Модификации», но что-либо сделать со списком модов будет невозможно. Поэтому, для работы с модами через игровой менеджер, включаем интернет, запускаем игру и делаем что угодно со своим списком модов. Далее можно выйти из игры, отключить интернет и спокойно играть дальше без интернета.
