My friend and I are attempting to play on a LAN server, and it worked fine previously, but now whenever I attempt to join the server (He’s hosting), it comes up with the error in the title. We’re using Tunngle to connect to each other, and I have attempted every solution I could google. I’ve restarted my computer, reinstalled everything (Java, Technic Launcher, 1.7.10 pack), attempted to join in offline mode, restarted my router, changed my IPv4 DNS and nothing works. The servers aren’t down because Mojang shows that they’re up, and I can join unmodded public servers. Is there anything I can do?

Nope, I purchased Minecraft back when it was in beta, and I downloaded the Technic Launcher from the technic website.

There’s nothing in there about the error, just connecting to the IP, which then doesn’t work

When I play a single player world, I don’t have my skin, so I can’t connect to the servers there either.

I am also getting an error when i join the server, something like:
You are permantly banned from this server!
Watchdog caught you cheating!
I dont know what it means pplz help i want to play the rip off csgo and mm and mario kart and smash bros, wow wait almost everything is stolen in that server but it says »original minigames»

This solution requires a lot of caution
1. Go into Minecraft and write down all your server IPs so you do not lose them
2. Go to Minecraft folder
3. Take out all the important files such as your mods, versions, resource packs, saves, etc. Be careful with this one because you will be deleting your Minecraft folder and you do not want to lose anything. However, do not save all the files. Only the important ones. You basically want to take out the bare essentials. Also, copy and paste the entire Minecraft folder and keep it some where safe just in case
4. Open the Minecraft launcher and log-in
5. Press play and re-install Minecraft
6. Now try connecting to a server
7. Go back to your Minecraft folder and replace all those important files
Last solution I could find.
1. Go to the Java website
2. Download the latest version. However, if you are using a 64-bit Windows version, do not use the auto-detect version download because it will automatically download the 32-bit version.
3. Once the appropriate version is installed, try to log in on Minecraft.

I keep getting this when playing offline LAN(friend doesn’t have internet) also my friend and I both have Premium accounts
any fix also already tried:
1. uninstalling and installing Minecraft on my computer
2. Firewall is off
3. I don’t have Norton or any anti virus that could block something
4. different Java
*Fix* reinstalled minecraft on both computers and rolledback and reupdated Atheros Driver Wlan/wifi on both computers

1. You can try running a server (using the vanilla mc server at minecraft.net, should be a jar or exe). Make sure in the server.properties, you change offline mode to true
2. You can try switching down to 1.7.5 as there is no difference between 1.7.9 and 1.7.5
On another note, Premium will not change it from working. Premium allows you to have skins and be able to log into internet active servers. By changing the server.properties offline-mode to true, you should be able to play if one doesn’t have the internet. If this doesn’t work, and my hunch is incorrect, then there is no way to solve this with my knowledge.
Let me know what works or what doesn’t, hope this helps.

That being said, I would really like to get back to setting up my server 
I try to join a server, an other server and a third server, I have all the time this message :

3) Удалял игру, выключал анти-вирус и заново устанавливал.
4) Пытался запустить игру без интернет соединение, выдавало то, что не может обновить анти-чит
5) Отключал в роутере 1 провод которое был подключен к второму ПК.
6) Устанавливал компоненты, которые должны привести работу игры в норму.
7) Пытался перекинуть все файлы игры от друга (У него нормально запускался) не помогло.
8) Проверял интернет (Игру качало с 10мб.сек) Довольно интернет был хорош.
9) Удалял папку в regedit и перезапускал ПК.
10) Удалял несколько файлов анти-чит, он их перекачал заново. Не помогло.
11) Удалял игру, отключал анти-вирус, после установки проверил на кеш (Докочало 1 файл) и пытался запустить без анти-вируса. Знаете результат?
12) Добавлял порты 8001
40200 в роутер.
Прописывал те же порты,только в untorrent.
13) Отключал много разных программ (Skype/антивирус/untorrent т.д.)
14) Провайдер не причем, потому что игру 3 месяца назад запускал без проблем.
15) Несколько раз перезапустил роутер и себе интернет. Не помогло.
16) Я бл* даже в брандмауэр все разрешил CSN:Z (Который я отключил уже давно)
17) Кучу попыток запустить его насильно.
18) Добавлял папку игры в исключение в анти-вирусе.
Надеюсь, ты просто баянист т.к. этой шутке уже много лет.
